Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Amazing App, easy to navigate and extremely helpful and kind customer service

I've had a few problems (which were not the banks fault) and each time I called the customer service they were extremely kind and helpful. The app is really easy to navigate and it took me less than a hour to figure everything out, compares to other mobile banks I truely believe starling is the best one Reviewed on: 26th January 2021

at the touch of a button

My starling account is the first account I've used a phone app to access and I find the starling app quick and easy to use. I really like to hear the ping whenever I make a payment and the messages I get to let me know when I've been paid or have made a payment. I love the spaces and moving money between them is so easy. Never looked back again

Once I opened my bank account with Starling ,almost 2 years ago, have been using only that since and don’t think I’ll ever go to the old banking system it’s just so outdated and if comparing Starling to other app based banks Starling would be the best choice if youre looking for personal accout or business. Many research/reports online presenting Revoult, Monzo etc. have Starling at the top of all the others. Starling team made amazing effort itnto bringing best UX As well as UI to customers. Haven’t found a downside in this bank yet and I hope I won’t in the future Reviewed on: 26th January 2021

Quick & Simple Banking Experience

Online navigation is straightforward and efficient.

Smart banking.

This really is smart banking made easy, simple to use and very useful and helpful, constant speed and efficient, the fact that you know exactly what you have spent straight away let's you keep on top of your balance.
