Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Hassle free, user friendly, slick, modern banking

Over time, the Starling bank app has become my faithful money friend, my financial assistant and my trusted banking coordinator! I don’t know how I got by without it before now! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Straight forward banking

It is an absolute joy to log on to my account and just see my account details and nothing else. No adverts, no nonsense. The app is really easy to use and it is really easy to navigate. I love the ‘Merchant’ feature, sometimes a quick reminder what you spent and where without trawling through a statement.... easy and brilliant. But so far the quick alerts on online spending are really reassuring. You get a notification for small amounts but larger ones require just a quick check on the app and your payments are made safely...... so easy...... well done Starling...... at last banking made easy. Easy, quick and informative

Immediate response when I make purchases online. Useful analysis of monthly spending without having to search for the information. So easy to pay in cheques after years of carrying them round in my bag for weeks unable to get to the bank. I like it. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

The future of banking

Joined up at the start and recognised that they were special. I hope around all the other banks, just to get the switching deals, but I am never leaving Starling. Their customer service is true service and their app and banking practices are spot on. Fantastic. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Just brilliant!

Bank of the future

I have never taken the time to review a bank before but I must give credit where it's due: Starling is excellent. Easy set up and super quick turn around on approving my proof of indentity. The app is so user friendly, I love the spaces feature - it's really helping me to manage my money better. My teenage daughter now has her first account with Starling, too.
