The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Easy, friendly, navigation best Bank, period.

Online, On Email and on the phone

Fantastic bank, easy to use, very polite extremely helpful staff and so handy to be able to see my banking, accounts at my fingertips. Making payments and receiving payments is so easy (just need to remember to get paid in my first name and not my middle name as I'm known by). Made banking sooo much easier love it. Amazing service

Same level of customer service as my account with my local building society. Setting up the account was really straight forward. Really easy to pay in money. Amazing rates when I’m abroad on card transactions. Works seamlessly when I’m in Europe and the Euro account is a nice touch.
