Dead wood

They stopped developing and moving on. Also, I will take decision my self when and how much to invest into cryptocurrencies. Reviewed on: 26th January 2023

Easy and enjoyable

Everything with Starling is easier than my old bank. I look at people fighting over freezing cards when lost, or being unsure of what money is going in or out and feel like I have so much more control. The app is great and I feel much more able to work out what I want to save for and manage that process. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

No Fuss

Does what it says, and more!

I have never once had an issue with Starling bank, I first joined this bank to use as a travel card in Asia. There were no additional charges, a very good exchange rate and I even made use of the available overdraft, which only had a very small interest fee after 6 months. Of which was refunded to me a month or 2 later as a gesture of goodwill as a loyal customer. The monthly newsletter keeps the users in the loop and shows they actually take the time to adapt a personal bank for just that reason, to be personal. I couldn't recommend more highly, if not for the previous examples the use of the spaces allocation of money is an amazing feature to help organise your money. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Just amazing

Overall the bank is amazing! The app is great and things runs smoothly. I would want to see some changes implemented from other banks - like the ability to do telephony banking for situation like when my phone is dead and I need to move some money or make some payments.
