Very happy customer

I have been with Starling for a couple of years and I am very happy and have never had any issues. The app is intuitive and easy to use. Their customer service is great and they respond quickly to messages. I have had to get in touch after having my card cloned in India, and also to raise a dispute with a merchant and they have been responsive and helpful. Having no withdrawl or transaction fees worldwide is fantastic. It's so easy to keep on top of your spending with the app and using spaces to keep money aside. I recommend starling to everyone! Excellent

Great bank - beats my previous bank, HSBC hands down. I had my card stolen when I was in Mallorca and easily replaced it within a few days with no hassle at all. I can't recommend them high enough. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Seamless

Everything is so easy , all that a bank should be everything is just frictionless, my favourite thing is the paying in of cheques via the app not something I need to do very often these days but a job that used to make me sigh contemplating it is now quite a novelty and a joy as is everything about Starling Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Just brilliant

Easy to use fast and I love the transaction notifications feels safe like they have your back ! Also love the spaces saving within the same account really loving it !! Receive a cheque no worries paid in one day with easy photos and just had one credited in less than a day no more trips to the post office or bank for me. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Simple flexible banking

I have had accounts with most of the major banks, and Starling is a breath of fresh air! As most people bank online, Starling have focussed on building an app that meets all of your needs. It’s simple to use, and allows you to create sub accounts, which helps to manage your money effectively. I also receive notifications every time I use my card, which helps me to identify any fraudulent spending at the time it is used. I love Starling!!! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Lock down money management

In the turbulent 2021, I started using my "regular" bank debit card instead of cash for shopping. I found it very difficult to keep track of my spending. I had opened a Starling account to help with spending money abroad. I started to use my Starling card for everyday shopping in the Uk and it was amazing. The moment I use it , it pings on my phone. The app allows me to keep track of my spending day by day and month by month. I kept my regular bank account and I just transfer money so much at a time. It gives me peace of mind that if I lose my card or it is hacked no-one would have access to my regular account that my pension is paid into. I asked at my regular bank and they said their app just could not rival that provided by Starling. A big thanks to Starling for helping me manage and control my money using this incredible app. When we return to a new "normal" I will continue to use my Starling card. Been so good for me!

So this app and bank changed the way i handled my money for the better. I've learned to save and watch my money grow. Since learning it manage my money better I've recommended it to Friends and family. I love the simplicity off the app and the ability to customise each savings pot and things like payees pictures. It's easy to shear my bank details too and has just become my main bank. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
