Best online bank

I’ve tried opening a High Street bank account after I moved to UK but was unable because they didn’t take government papers as proof of address. In rescue come Starling. At first I chose them because their awesome card color but soon I realized the many many plus sides that came with them. I’ve never been this satisfied with a bank. Very happy customer

I have been with Starling for a couple of years and I am very happy and have never had any issues. The app is intuitive and easy to use. Their customer service is great and they respond quickly to messages. I have had to get in touch after having my card cloned in India, and also to raise a dispute with a merchant and they have been responsive and helpful. Having no withdrawl or transaction fees worldwide is fantastic. It's so easy to keep on top of your spending with the app and using spaces to keep money aside. I recommend starling to everyone! Excellent

Great bank - beats my previous bank, HSBC hands down. I had my card stolen when I was in Mallorca and easily replaced it within a few days with no hassle at all. I can't recommend them high enough. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Seamless

Everything is so easy , all that a bank should be everything is just frictionless, my favourite thing is the paying in of cheques via the app not something I need to do very often these days but a job that used to make me sigh contemplating it is now quite a novelty and a joy as is everything about Starling Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021
