Convenient easy banking with perks

I didn't even have to leave my house to set up my account with Starling. Not only is it a bank but it is great and helping me save money with their 'round-ups' and 'spaces'(savings) making sure I save every penny. With Starling I don't have to download three different apps to make sure I'm spending my money right they have it all on their bank app. It's amazing and so easy, I would highly recommend. Excellent app, features and service

I've been with Starling for about 6 months, having move from one of the large international banks whom I had been with for 20 years or so. I regret nothing! The app and its features are slick and intuitive, and make it very easy to manage and control my money. On the few times I have had to deal with them (mostly due to merchants having old manual processes that don't properly follow standards, such as DD reference lengths or mismatching etc.) the Customer Service team are prompt and very helpful. There are more features I'd love to see - advanced budgeting and forecasting for example, but as it stands it's easy enough to drop the months data into a spreadsheet for further analysis. The application and set up process was very easy, and the transfer of my balance and payments from my old bank was straightforward - the fear and hassle of moving banks can be forgotten! I already highly recommend Starling to friends and family - it would be nice if there was a referral bonus!! Reviewed on: 24th January 2020
