Great Banking Offering and Easy to Use App

The app is super simple and easy to navigate, while offering a good list of options and views. Banking with Starling is super simple, and setting up an account was easy. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Excellent app, features and service

I've been with Starling for about 6 months, having move from one of the large international banks whom I had been with for 20 years or so. I regret nothing! The app and its features are slick and intuitive, and make it very easy to manage and control my money. On the few times I have had to deal with them (mostly due to merchants having old manual processes that don't properly follow standards, such as DD reference lengths or mismatching etc.) the Customer Service team are prompt and very helpful. There are more features I'd love to see - advanced budgeting and forecasting for example, but as it stands it's easy enough to drop the months data into a spreadsheet for further analysis. The application and set up process was very easy, and the transfer of my balance and payments from my old bank was straightforward - the fear and hassle of moving banks can be forgotten! I already highly recommend Starling to friends and family - it would be nice if there was a referral bonus!! Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Simply Brilliant and effective

I was skeptical originally but signed up to try this bank. Since then I have been blown away by their efficiency and responsiveness. Its a fantastic bank and works brilliantly without having any physial branches. The alerts on spending is a great touch and works instantly. I woudl recommend this bank to anyone who is aprofessional and wishes for an effercitve and efficient bank to facilitate their bsuiness or personal affairs. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

The Smart Persons Bank

We live in a world were technology is continually evolving. Many of the main household high street banks simply are not technically advanced enough for today’s market. Here is the second problem, High Street banks what are they? Many provincial towns simply don’t have any. So why put up with an bank with outdated technology that you can’t access quickly and does not offer a personal service? With Starling I can speak to my bank 24hrs a day, 7 days a week 365 days a year. Ok I don’t get face to face interactions anymore, but I do still get a well informed personal service unlike my former bank. I can review my account, send money instantly to anywhere quickly, simply and free of charge. All from an easy to use phone APP. I have access to Apple And Android Pay, something my last bank could not even offer!! I can save money ever time I spend on every transaction by rounding my spend up to the nearest £1 and automatically saving a little for the things that can cost a lot. It does not sound much but it quickly adds up. Plus I have all the functions of the old high street banks and did I say I get interest on the money I have in my current account every month??
