I absolutely love this bank and their app. Real time payments and an easy to view breakdown of spending make it so much better than my old bank where I had no idea what was going out and when. The pots to save are great idea and really help with budgeting Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Great Experience

I have been using Starling Bank for over 3 months now and I have been very happy what my experience. I initially signed up for their current account as I was going abroad on holiday and the services they offered to me whilst travelling outside the UK was very good. Just before going on my trip they introduced the personal euro account which was an absolute game-changer for me and made it very easy to make payments using my card while on holiday. The app has worked perfectly for me and I appreciate the timely notifications I get whenever I make a transaction from any of my accounts. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Amazing experience

Fantastic bank.

It’s the banking of the future - you’re able to do everything a bank does for you without needing to go to the bank. It’s secure with the relevant security checks being done without the hassle of having to speak to someone face to face. I have a busy life - I am a shift worker due to being a support work and that sometimes means I work long days (14 hours) which means I don’t have time to visit a bank so Starling Bank is brilliant for me and my life. Being able to do it from my phone and not face to face helps my anxiety too, I don’t really like having conversations with strangers it can make me anxious so being able to do it one sided from my phone helps me mentally. I would recommend this bank for anyone who has anxiety, anyone who has a busy life and works shifts. I wish I’d of banked with them sooner. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Great to be able to use atm machines for free when abroad

Others charge for atm use. It was so easy to set up. So easy to add money at the post office. And so easy to set up. I like the app too. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Simply Amazing!

Where do you start on leaving a review for Starling Bank? It’s all good! From always always being there, always providing quick efficiency in response times, seem-less banking, no fee’s!! The awesome App! Next day delivery replacement card- thank you! Used abroad in the USA, not one problem, instant conversion into local currency - so handy! Oh did I mention with no fee’s either! Professional, smart, safe and stylish too

The professional response I’ve had since joining Starling Bank has been brilliant. Helpful and nothing too much trouble, so great customer care. I’m also impressed by their communication with customers which shows a dedication to that professionalism but also shows me they’ll be smart with my money, it’ll be safe - all important features for me and as a brand it’s pretty stylish too ( but the substance shows it’s not just all show).
