Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Amazingly Simple, all my initial hesitation gone

Initially started using Starling after high street banks locally closed, was apprehensive as perceptions that I could still walk into a branch far away with current bank, but after trialling for 6 weeks alongside current account, now use as my primary everyday account, post office acts as any counter service I would need and in reality the wait time at the post office was a fraction of the former high street bank. Particularly great app, speed of the notifications and clarity of the information is excellent. Looking forward to trying over in Europe shortly as previous bank charges were so high for routine transactions and Starling will be saving me so much money and time. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Confident Money Access Abroad

Just been to Sri Lanka. We weren't sure which "travel money" solution would work. After reading a few reviews, we thought we'd give Starling Bank a go. 1. Very easy to setup bank account and get a debit card 2. Card was accepted at all outlets without fuss 3. Money access via ATM no issues either 4. Instant view of account available via phone app. 5. Good itemisation of spending etc. 6. Interest repayment a pleasant surprise! Absolutely delighted with our decision to go Starling! Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

New virtual face of Banking for this new decade

Great banking service, moving from 2 high street banks that I have been with for 37 years as they remove benefits Starling introduces them - The choice is simple and the high street banks are pushing me out - Thanks high street banks your lack of care about me has given me the nudge I needed to stop putting up with your high charges and poor service. Easy and efficient

I was amazed with the speed and ease of setting up the account along with the ease of doing transactions and availability of account information. The payment of interest on credit balances is a bonus. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Banking how it should be

Quick to set up and easy to use. Support so far is good. Feels like its designed around the user experience and helping to save. Clear - and easy for a dyslexic person to read the info presented. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Great bank

Easy to apply, setup and use. Also I love the "spaces" option! It just makes sense of separate savings, bills sections in one account. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Future Banking

Great way to summarise and categorise your income and outgoings with a heavy focus of how to sensible save. Helps with time and effort and gives you a focus on saving for particular goals e.g. Holidays, days out etc Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Amazing

Just easy, great customer service, great app. No longer use my high street bank. Do also use Monzo but I do think the Starling app is better, much more tidy! Reviewed on: 24th January 2020
