Upfront Banking

Everything upfront, you're usually advised upfront/ahead of time, everything entering and leaving your account. The joint account is working very well, allowing easy segregation of day to day spending from direct debits and standing orders. The future of banking

An app based bank that lets you create spaces to save for home improvements, holidays, new car etc, alerts you to upcoming payments due, informs you if there isn't enough funds for an upcoming payment, gives you instant notifications as you use the card for purchases, gives you an option to pay for some large transactions via a short term loan, lets you turn ATM withdrawals on and off, same with internet purchases and gambling transactions, link your card to your phone's location for added security and more. This is such a refreshing experience for me compared to my old high Street banking past. Reviewed on: 18th January 2020

Best bank account

A new bank acting the same as old ones.

Focus on marketing and trying to seem new when operating in the same old school way as legacy banks. Formal like old banks, focus more on their security than focusing on helping users, and poorly designed app features. Reviewed on: 16th January 2020

Best Bank Ever!!

I have been using Starting Account a year now, and it's been my day to day account, and I never had a single issue. It's been with me everywhere I go. Easiest Banking App

I was with a high street bank for years, but after switching to Starling earlier this year I feel like I am more in control of my money than ever before - when I use my card I am immediately notified, my partner and I were able to set up a joint account extremely easily, and I can compartmentalise my money instantly. I have tried Revolut and Monzo previously but neither gave me a reason to switch completely the way Starling has. I would and I have recommended Starling to many of my friends and family.
