Why wouldn't you have a Starling Bank account?

No fees abroad and the best exchange rate. Fantastic user interface and a swanky teal card to boot. Spending analytics that make it easy to budget. The ability to ringfence funds for a rainy day, with an roundup feature that affordably turns pence into saved pounds. Fitbit support. Realtime spending alerts. Need I go on? Great app with amazing features

I have never felt so in control of my spending and saving before I joined Starling. Their very user friendly app allows me to clearly view what I'm spending and what it's getting spent on. Starling is amazing

Starling is great, my issues are resolved pretty much instantly, 10/10 bank from me. Notifications are perfect they’re never incorrect, they come right on time and there’s no annoying notifications that aren’t needed. Reviewed on: 14th January 2020

Amazing Bank

I used to change banks every 6 months or so and would have 2 or 3 bank accounts on the go at any one time, my bank hopping became so bad that it was a running joke with my friends. The pre-starling ones were all a bit rubbish. I've been a Starling customer since early 2017 and really can't fault them for anything. Their service is reliable, always up to date, make use of modern tech and - the main thing - has some amazing features. My experience with customer service has been flawless and they make things so simple. A recent example of Starlings amazingness was when a relative and I both needed to make very large payments from our accounts. Her 'old guard' bank insisted she call into branch and fill in forms, pay a CHAPS fee or send it over multiple days. Me with Starling - one chat via the app, my faster payment limit was lifted for a while and I was able to send the payment - it was there within the hour. I couldn't recommend Starling enough and really can't understand why everyone doesn't have an account with them. My bank hopping days are over. Reviewed on: 14th January 2020
