Excellent Bank with a user friendly interface

Top Marks all round

Me and my wife have recently set up personal accounts and also a joint account which were both very easy to do and the mobile app is very easy to use but also very effective like the way it categorize all of the merchants you spend with and also the way it notifies you every time a transaction is made. Smart, loyal and quick!

Super easy to open an account, very intelligent in notification and user friendly mobile app. Super easy to exchange into Euros and beautiful customer service. I love it and stay with it. A Few areas to improve like online account management, generating pdf statements, Euro notes withdrawals and then it would be the best in the UK. Reviewed on: 12th January 2020
