Dead wood

They stopped developing and moving on. Also, I will take decision my self when and how much to invest into cryptocurrencies. Reviewed on: 26th January 2023

Fantastic

Starling bank is fantastic, the current account does everything a high street account can do and the App is so easy to use, you can use your card to withdraw abroad at decent rates, I would recommend Starling to anyone who uses a bank account Reviewed on: 4th January 2020

Everyone already knows Starling Bank is great

Whilst paying for my groceries in my local small supermarket I finished the transaction by offering up my Starling debit card to the machine for payment. "Starling Bank" came the observation from the chap on the till "yes," I said - "They are very good - so organised and all available on your mobile phone" the chap on the till observed - "I agree - I use them for my business too," I said. By now there was quite a queue forming behind me all captivated by our conversation. "Do you want your receipt?" said the chap on the till "yes please and don't forget you can pay in cash at the post office and send in cheques by post" I said "I do hope that Starling Bank get that mobile cheque scanning app completed soon" said the chap on the till. "Have a good day" I said as I left "Can I help?" said the chap on the till to the next person in the queue. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020

A bank that listens, and helps.

Great experience overall with Starling. Moved to the UK with my wife and got my current and business account set up almost immediately, allowing me to do what’s required whilst knowing with comfort that Starling is taking care of the rest. Hassle-free and awesome support

I moved two bank accounts to Starling and it took just a couple of days. It was a totally hassle-free process! I’ve been with the bank about 4 months and it’s the best experience by far. Most recently, I went to Dubai and I could use my card and Apple Pay seamlessly. Even the AED- GBP exchange rate through Starling was better than any currency exchange in Dubai. Quick to join, feature rich, great customer service

Was an utter doddle to create a current account with Starling and transfer everything over from NatWest, who wanted to charge silly money for the privilege of having an overdraft facility. Lots of features to use - spaces, rounding up savings, Euro accounts and more - even better when combined with a business account! Reviewed on: 4th January 2020

Amazing service

What an amazing bank, I have made people switch many times to this bank account. I also have a business account which is great. The transactions are instant, customer service is quick and responsive and they get things done. I don’t think I’ll ever use a high street bank again! Reviewed on: 4th January 2020
