So refreshing!

I'm so pleased I took the plunge and opened an account. It was scary for me, but so worth it. My worries were unfounded. I've had my eyes opened and I wouldn't go back now. The service has been brilliant. My queries have all been answered very quickly and with patience. The app is very easy to use - it's excellent. I love the instant notifications. I can't fault anything. I would definitely recommended it. I ended up opening a couple of "these new modern accounts" to see which I liked best. I choose Starling for the above reasons. Easy and honest

I needed a new bank account at short notice which would allow me to safely pay for things whilst in the USA and at the same time not charging me to do so. The time to set up the account was incredibly fast, I got my card through within 3 working days and the app was easy and informative with good security features. Their overdraft options are fairer than most banks and their methods for helping people save are welcomed in this uncertain and financial downturn most of us seem to be in at the moment. Brilliantly simple

This bank is just brilliant - they make setting up payments, transferring money, setting up savings really easy. Setting up an account took 10 mins and the card arrived in a few days. The Ap is great and being able to categorise your spends is a great feature Reviewed on: 10th February 2019

Why isnt everyone banking with Starling
