Best Bank Ever

Starling really is the best bank I’ve ever banked with, it really is a 21st Century bank, the app is amazing, from being able to save by moving money into “goals” without the need for multiple accounts and round-ups, to real time available balance without pending payments showing that you could forget about. You can see all your spending habits via merchants or categories, not to mention their AMAZING customer service, 24/7 365 access to real people...in the UK! I have recommended them so many times. I would never use a regular British bank ever again....Startling bank is the future of banking, Starling is now. Reviewed on: 10th February 2019

The mobile banking app gives me great security as every time there is movement in the account I immediately get notified. Coupled with the best customer service I have experienced from any bank - and I have been with them all over my lifetime - I am confident that Starling Bank will continue to grow and develop. Very simple, very easy and rewarding too

This was, without doubt, the simplest bank account opening experience I've had and whilst banks like First Direct consistently score highly for customer service, I have yet to find a reason why they should beat Starling. Not only that but 0.5% interest is a perk. Enough to buy a coffee if you have enough in the bank. So much for the value of money! Try Starling. You'll like it. Reviewed on: 10th February 2019

Best bank I've ever had

I joined starling back when they weren't cool and everyone was running to check out Monzo because their "waitlist was so cute". I got attracted to Starling because they had a no-thrills current account with all the most important features a high street bank has, just without the messy upselling and buggy software. Ever since then Starling kept improving their product, and over Christmas, I made the switch to have Starling as my main account. All from within the app, with updates, as payees and direct debits were moved over. From the fantastic customer service, the app/service marketplace, the notifications when you spend money, and the no-fee withdrawals on holidays, I couldn't ask for much more. Only "downside" maybe is that the "pulse", a pie-chart of your daily spending, is a bit useless and that they don't offer a competitive credit card product. Reviewed on: 10th February 2019
