Starling is the future

Easy customer service, simple yet effective app, quick payments to friends and transparent balance details, all with a bank that gives great interest and doesn't charge me the earth for going abroad. Efficiency at its best

The bank’s app is extremely user friendly that I don’t really have to contact customer service. However in the even that I’ve had to (a recent payment error by a vendor during an overseas trip) Starling helped resolve this through the in-app chat. Great customer experience. Money made simple

Joined online and set up was slick and easy. Love the look and feel of the website, and the delivery of the card and subsequent replacement was excellent. No hard sell tactics but plenty of information to get you interested in taking control of your finances. Brillent marketing which will help the younger generation understand their finances and plan for the future without the stuffiness of old bank practices. Love it. Reviewed on: 10th February 2019

Simple, effective and helpful

Fantastic

Since opening my account and using on a day to day basis I have found it absolutely brilliant. From the instant notifications and seeing my balance adjusted accordingly instantly, to using my card when I am abroad. Not having to worry about If I’m getting the best exchange rate or thinking about where I’m going to go to get the currency I need. Being able to pop to the post office to deposit any cash I may have is so handy, especially with so many of the big high street branches closing. When I’ve had to contact customer services it’s been a pleasure to do so. I recommend Starling Bank at every opportunity! Keep up the fantastic work team! Reviewed on: 10th February 2019
