Says it as it is

Easy to use app. Real time message alerts for transactions etc. Live chat customer service who actually respond to what you say and not just use a standard generic reply that doesnt help! Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

My favourite bank account

I was weary about setting up this account because I wasn’t sure who they were or where they were, but they’re everywherere and they’re amazing. Setting up my account took 5 minutes in the app. Once I had my account, every piece of information I needed was in the app, instantly. Forgot your pin? Ask to see it for 5 seconds - after putting in your password of course - got savings goals? Round up your spends with each purchase. It has too many great features to list... simply, amazing.
