Very easy to set up account. Excellent exchange rates with no cost. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

An outstanding bank, with top quality customer service and an easy to access app

Starling seems to go above and beyond when dealing with customers, in my experience, I have never had a rude or unhelpful communication with them and any qualms that I had have always been dealt with swiftly. Their app is easy to navigate, simple, fast, aesthetically at a high standard and functions without fault. On top of that the notifications when you spend via card ensure that my usually over zealous spending is kept in check as I am able to see what I am spending. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

I have had to contact Starling on a few occasions, I have to say they were brilliant. Immediate actioning and alerts you almost immediately.It is almost as if nothing was to much trouble to ask,then what I was informed they would action was done.I couldn't be happier.
