Perfect

I’ve loved having a Starling account since day 1, I recommended it to my husband who also has an account and we have a joint account. It makes keeping on top of your money so easy and the traditional banks are struggling to keep up with the ease of use. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Totally Excellent

I initially got this because I was going on holiday and wanted the free European transactions. I was so impressed that I have been using this account more and more. A bank account designed for modern people

Pleasantly surprised by the overall package - you should try it! Starting with the account opening process (simple, straightforward and definitely fit for 21st century) and ending with the debit card design, the simplicity of mobile app, the real-time status of your finances; everything is practical, easy to use and with that feeling of a bank boutique, designed specifically for you! One additional thing to mention - the convenience of dealing with card payments during the holiday in foreign currencies with excellent exchange rates and low fees (if any!). Really Impressed

I opened a Starling Personal Account as we were planning on doing more travelling in Europe but now use it as my main account. Setting up the account was straightforward and took just a few minutes. The features of the app are improving all the time and I find it really easy to move money between accounts and make payments. Getting a notification of any spend also provides reassurance. The facility to be able to use the card and atms abroad without incurring additional charges are a big bonus for me. Starling also keep customers informed of planned improvements too. Brilliant Banking

The best thing I ever did was open my Starling bank account. So easy to use with the app and convenient, real-time transactions. Customer service is always first class and usually resolve any queries quickly and efficiently. I have now opened a business account with starling and didn't even consider going elsewhere. The account opening process took about 2 minutes - I had my account number immediately and my debit card the next day! Excellent service all round. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Easy and intuitive

I use Starling for my day to day banking and I find it so easy and intuitive. I struggle with mental health issues and it is incredible to get real time alerts saying how much I’ve spent and where. The very best feature though, is spaces! It has changed my life. I’m a terrible saver but Starling automatically round and up my purchases so I can save without ever thinking about it. Publicizing features that don't work

Recurrent transfer from joint account to spaces feature do not work. Contacted by app and email to report, got mismatched feedback and message prompting user to use the functionality is still there, even though it doesn't work. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Everything just works so fast!

Money arrives instantly from cash deposits in post offices not like other banks that takes 2 days, you notification of spent money instantly, etc. There so many great things about this bank!! Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
