Welcome to the 21st century banking! I love the fact that thy put te costumer atvthe center of what they do. The user experience of the app is simple and intuitive. Nexgen, customer oriented, how to bank bank!

From moving to the current account, to creating joint account, managing money etc are all geared towards how I work & play. Customer support either does things that mean I can query and know that I will either be doing it myself or get a reply within a good time. All the features seem to be geared towards the customer. Ahead of the competition

Online banks are almost indefinitely the better option when compared with a traditional high street bank. The capabilities are far greater and it makes for a much better customer experience. Starling Bank, are leading the way in terms of online banks right now. I cannot fault my experience with this bank.
