Brilliant bank

Since opening our accounts I cannot fault the level of service we have received. It's great knowing immediately whats gone from your account and the actual real balance. I've loved the updates that have been made including the joint account and rounding up to save towards a goal. Customer services has been excellent and got to the root of the problem and sorted anything out immediately. This is how a bank should be. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Straight forward and working for me

Setting up was fast and easy. Twice I forgot my password but it was reset quickly after recording a short video. I now have a joint account with my wife and it gives good visibility our spend. On holiday it was reassuring to see the charges coming in immediately so they could be checked, no nasty surprises when home and with no currency levy. Big credit to them at the beginning of the year the email was 6 ways to manage your money this year . Much better than the competition who sent me offers of loans. Honest, Innovative banking

Opening account can be done in 2 minutes and I don't just mean the application! A fully functioning account in 2 minutes. Realtime transaction notifications, zero fee currency exchange and autosaving functions are just some of the innovations that make Starling a breath of fresh air. Overdrafts are available with the interest clearly explained and at a very fair rate. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
