The future of personal banking has arrived

At first I was a bit dubious about trying another App. based bank having previously been disappointed with the stability of another provider's App. I was wrong. I tried Starling for a personal account & was impressed at how seamlessly it worked. After a short trial period my wife also opened a personal account, swiftly followed by a joint account. Having used Starling in various countries we can confirm that the App. & push notifications are almost instantaneous. The rounding up & Spaces facilities are useful, as are the budgeting & spending breakdown reports. We are unable to comment on customer support as nothing has gone wrong & we have not needed to contact support. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Great Bank

Fantastic online bank committed 100% to the customer. Despite not having traditional high street banks, Starling have made it their priority to make transfering cash and cheques as easy as possible by teaming up with the post office. On top of this, the Starling app is fantastic and always feels safe and secure to use. I would definitely recommend Starling to a friend. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

How banking should be!

I cannot rate starling bank highly enough. The slick set up process, the useful app and regular updates makes it the most user friendly bank in the industry. Starling behave and act like a bank should do and I firmly believe they are paving the way in modern banking. With most banks you feel like you get nothing for your loyalty, that is not the case with starling, who seem to work tirelessly to offer the best service and products for their customers. Excellent for organising money

They have live notifications so you see exactly where and when your money is going. The direct debit reminders mean I’ve never missed a payment. The goals section is perfect for organising my money, I’ve saved money into as many separate sections as I need to organise what to pay for Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Absolutely love it!!

It’s so easy & quick to use. I use it for my self employment business. I send requests to clients for payment which I’ve had great feedback on as it’s very quick for them to click the link, enter card details & its all done. Easy to use!

I love Starling and feel confident using it abroad. If so eone tries to use my card, I would know instantly as Starling send me a message every time money goes in or out if the account. I have to physically check out my other accounts and credit cards, so Starling is the best! Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
