Why cant all banks be like them.

Easy to set up. Easy access. Great app which is easy to use. I'm a technophobe and can use it. Nice little touches like logo of company that you shopped at so you remember the transaction easily. Just all round great bank. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Great service easy to use

If you ever need help there is more than enough ways to get help app based chat, email an Phone. Friendly service. Only downside for me is that I'm not able to buy shares in it at this moment I love the way they work and the service they give o would like to buy into then in any small way possible. Simple, clear and appropriate

A simple current account set up without any real fuss or effort. Clear and basic terms, fees and approach. This is so vitally needed in the banking world. Most banks have either too much small print or bombard you to take out other products to make THEM money. Its great to finally see a bank which allows the consumer breathing space. The app is immediate in its notifications of any change to your account. I think other banks should stop and have a look at what's going on here. Times have very much changed. Much prefer the app to Natwest

Superb!

Simply everything you could want from a bank. Foreign transactions are just as they should be - fee free and at the best rate, a "must have" for traveling. Instant bank transfers with up to the minute notifications. Brilliant. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Easy to apply, great app!
