Whenever there is something that is not user friendly about the ap, it is only a matter of time before it gets fixed. The customer service is great and the proposition is amazing. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Simple and better banking

So much easier to understand your money and get more from it. It has made me interested in budgeting and saving for the first time. Overseas transactions are great value. There is a huge amount more the app could do, so there's a great opportunity ahead. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Bank designed for customers

Setting up the account was so easy and the app is obviously designed specifically for on line banking. Incredibly easy to use the app. I’ve particularly liked the ease of using it to withdraw cash and spend abroad with no charges - has saved me a lot of money compared to other banks.
