Straight forward how it should be

Starling Bank is the most refreshing thing to happen to banking since the plastic £10 note, every transaction shows as a notification including when money comes in and small touches like showing money in before employers for example release the payment for payday, transactions you make are shown in detail and arranged in online banking with the details and even a map at the top of the transaction which is optional to click on to show where the transaction took place, there are many many more perks and best of all it costs nothing Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Beyond fantastic, seriously!

Brilliant bank, 24/7 british customer support, instant internet/phone banking, everything is streamlined. I seriously cannot believe there wasnt a bank like this before starling! Absolutely phenominal. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Easy banking

I use my Starling account as a secondary account for general spending. Logging in is simple and quick, making monitoring easier. The app provides spending insights which is also very useful for budgeting. I like the fact that you can see a copy of your physical card in app, which helps when online shopping. You can see a pending transaction straight away rather than 2-3 days later. There is the ability to set up quick saving spaces. In general, the app is streamlined - making transfers, purchases, saving - all is very efficient. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Banking at its best

Finally a clear and transparent bank that simplifies my finances. The app allows you to see spending in real time and no charges on overseas spending and withdrawals means I get to keep more of my money. Customer service team are the best I have had to deal with.
