Easy to use, great for European travel

Convenience

How banking should be

Starling have created something so simple to use I actually forget it's a bank sometimes. They give you updates on their roadmap and developments as they go rather than you just find out a new feature has been released. The customer service is so easy and convenient to contact. Smooth, fast, modern, open

Near-perfect bank with much better experience than any other big banks. It is super fast and enables our familiy to have a real-time view on our expenses and take back control. Fabulous easy free banking.

Banking with a traditional bank I was charged a £6 fee for once going into overdraft on one day by £12!! Time for a fresh new approach to banking - well done Starling. Fabulous APP and great customer service too. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
