Great service from a great bank!

My employer changed how often we were paid and I needed to be on top of my spending to ensure bills are covered. I discovered Starling Bank as a secondary account and from the start it blew my mind! Great features showing you how you’ve spent, where and all whilst providing an up to date actual balance. Fantastic. I’ve shared my experience with others and they’ve opened accounts too - one even moved his entire account from a brick and mortar institute he’s been with for more than 20 years! Simple and innovative

The bank is extremely innovative. For example as premium customer at a high street bank it’s such a hassle if I forget my password, whereas the video recognition with Starling makes it so much more efficient and user friendly. Spaces where I can separate my funds with out having to open up multiple savings accounts is game changing. The app is extremely user friendly, and intuitive as I am always able to complete my task from integrating third party accounts such as pension to applying for a bank account in the first instance.
