Best. Bank. Ever.

Banking how it should be. Easy, like super easy to open an account. Real time money management. Real time engagement when help is needed. An App design that’s safe, secure and a pleasure to use. One day, all banks may be this way. But only one will be Starling Bank. Reviewed on: 23rd December 2018

Can't recommend enough

Way ahead of other banks. Everything is faster and more user friendly. The lack of fees and the great exchange rates have saved me a fortune when travelling. Looking to move my joint account over Reviewed on: 23rd December 2018

Second to none customer service

I’ve been following Starling for a while waiting for them to support the Isle of Man, so when I found out that they did I jumped at the chance to open an account with them. I’ve used their Current Account Switch Service to move from my old bank & couldn’t fault it at all. I’ve used their live chat quite a few times now and couldn’t fault it at all. They’re very active on Twitter too where I’ve had a few questions answered. I’ve even referred my partner & she loves it, & has gone on to refer her friends! Reviewed on: 23rd December 2018

A far better bank...

Starling bank is leaps and bounds ahead of the old og banks, better technologies and far superior instant control on things like locking your card and paying someone. Not to mention inbuilt money awareness and round up savings! The marketplace is also genius. Definitely recommend this to anyone! Reviewed on: 23rd December 2018

Simple, intuitive & smart

Fast, easy banking

I love the ability to turn off and on the individual functions of the card and mobile payments as well as the push notifications for every transaction. Also on my last visa debit account with nationwide you were waiting a number of days to check transaction history with Starling and MasterCard debit they go through instantly and the starling app even gives a friendly logo and location of the place which is great to see where your money is going as you are spending it! The challenger bank amongst challenger banks

I’ve been a starling bank customer since the early inception of the bank. I saw the ad on the tube and I had tried other mobile banks back then. None of them had the right features and the pragmatism starling has (specifically Apple Pay, interested on current accounts, reliability, customer service). Fresh banking
