From loads of old accounts to Starling Spaces...

We had a number of old accounts in our other main bank. Rather than having to manage all the different payments in and out of the five accounts we switched it all to Starling using their Spaces facility to create 'sub accounts' whcih gave us a single view and easy management of our monthly finances. My only criticism of Starling is that I have been trying to set up a space with no overdraft and that doesn’t have any access to the main account but that can also provide a debit card that can be loaded onto a phone. Great Customer service

Any issue I’ve had I’ve been able to use the web chat or phone customer services and they’ve been able to deal with my issue efficiently and been extremely helpful. Issues I’ve had with traditional banks haven’t been a problem here. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
