We are sorry to hear that our interest rate does not seem to be working for you, and when it comes to overdrafts, these are offered based on eligibility. Just to clarify, interest is calculated daily and paid monthly on the first day of the following month and while you may not be eligible for an overdraft currently, this may change in the future. Fast and efficient

I had my card details stolen somehow, and they were used in an Argos hundreds of miles away, for around £300. They were fast and efficient, and I got my money back within a few days. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

I've been with most high street banks

Very pleased with Starling.

Very pleased with Starling, I really like the way individual payments can be handled and annotated within the app, with my old bank, I had to use a ‘cheque book’ app on my PC to make sense of things. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
