The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Great easy to use services

An older persons testament

I had never heard of Starling until two years ago. It was my son and son-in-law that introduced me. Looking back it's been the best decision that I have made......I was worried and nervous at first as I am an older person and never heard of this online banking.Not having a bank to walk into was alien. I can honestly say that it's so easy and accessible and with a step by step guide with anything that you might need some help with. I can now say loud and clear to anyone you won't be disappointed if you change your bank account to Starling. Most of my older generation of friends have now done this and are very happy. The Best Bank Ever

I've been with Starling for well over a year now and I haven't had any issues in all that time. It's great my youngests account is attached to mine, able to pay from a separate bills area and my own savings area as well. Would recommend to anyone considering moving from a high street bank! Modern day banking as it should be

Having transferred from a ‘traditional’ cheque book account with poor online banking I couldn’t be more pleased with Starling’s product. The app based interface is feature packed and incredibly user friendly. A highly recommended, first rate product. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

All pros, no cons

My Starling account is my only bank account. With the “Spaces” feature you can create sub accounts if you want to save for different things at the same time, without extra accounts. That’s just one pro, there are more. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Common sense banking

Very easy to use the account via the app you can check your amount, see whats come or out and raise an issue where necessary. You can even put money aside for a rainy day bills etc....
