Good customer relations with sales staff on initial interview. Covered all aspects of cover making sure we had the right cover for our trip

Summer Holiday with Security

Well, we've never had to use the Insurance, but I'm sure if we didn't have it and we were abroad at the time, I don't want to think about the consequences if it was needed. Reviewed on: 6th September 2021

Covid response

They were very quick to respond to the situation offering cover even when the FCO advised against travel. We used it to go to France at the end of last year but fortunately had no need to call on it although we were very reassured to know that we had cover. Reviewed on: 6th September 2021
