OK to insure bad at giving refunds

Had insurance with them that I had to cancell due to covid restrictions in Turkey only give me £11 and the rest in a voucher . Do this so I'd go back with them I do not agree to this Reviewed on: 4th September 2021

Straight Forward Clear Insurance by Staysure

Tried to sort travel insurance for our family via comparison sites which in the end it was me that ended up confused.com!! Friend advised they use Staysure and all I can say is their web site is Clear and straight forward from the go. Different Packages/Cover to suit our insurance needs...
