Friendly, Tailor Made Policies & Oh So Fine

From the first moment until the last, the member of their customer enquiry team & the holiday insurance that she helped me to tailor make exactly for my needs were just perfect. Friendly & fair, patient & even at a good price spread over a reasonable period of time to pay, exactly right for my travel needs - &, an extra 3 months on top of the year that I took out included for free - what could be better than that! The Staff

Everyone I’ve spoken to have been very polite and helpful. If I asked a question which they couldn’t answer straight away, (which wasn't often at all) they would find out and get back to me really quickly. So I can’t praise all the staff enough.
