Supportive and knowledgeable

expert team and great advice

I have had a debt management plan for 14 years following disability and running up large debts,the staff were very understanding and the advice given was to the point and easy to understand. I have had no issues in all that time with the companies I owe money to because Stepchange dealt with them for me.Amazing staff easy to talk to and would recommend to anyone. Excellent

I have been with Step Change a few years now and they have helped me tremendously. I can't thank them enough. They took care of everything for me and are always approachable and understanding. There is no judgement and they have heard all before. Great help!

Much needed help

I was in so much dept and struggling to pay everything, I contacted stepchange and they put me on the right plan I have 6 months left on my dept now and the money I was paying to them will no go into a savings account so I don't get in this position again.
