Peace of mind

My husbands business had to close suddenly due to illness and leaving a large debt to repay. After many months of worry we contacted StepChange they got in touch with all our creditors and arranged a debt repayment plan all through this process they have given us advice and help we are now well on track to be debt free with only one bank refusing to stop charging interest. They changed my life

I am a single mother of 2 and my life was a continual battle balancing books and work. I could not make ends meet and it was a very dark time. I should have called step change at least 2 years prior but was scared of being belittled as I was ashamed. I couldn’t have been more wrong. They listened didn’t judge and acted so fast. I am proud of myself now for making the call as I am 5 years in and only 2 more to go to be debt free.
