i was at my wits end with worry about my debt and financial situation, i took my head out the sand and phoned stepchange, i’m so glad i did, from the moment they answered the phone the put my mind at rest and made me stop worrying straight away, they were very friendly and sympathetic and went through all my debts with me and kept reassuring me not to worry they will find a solution to sort out the mess i was in, after a long chat in the telephone all my debts were in place and a plan was arranged and now i’m worry free thanks to stepchange, i make a monthly payment , the phone calls and debt letters have stopped and i can breathe again and know i will be debt free in the future, i can’t thank them enough, i can live my life again without the worry and stress, thankyou stepchange you are brilliant. Literally lifesaving
