Step Change - Light at the end of a very dark tunnel

After 7 months in Hospital, I had spiralling credit card debts. Step Change organised my total debt. Using the template I had been given I wrote to every Credit Card Company. They froze my accounts, stopping further.interest and admin fees. Today I am almost debt free. I have no hestitation in recommending Step Change Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021

Professional support.

Being in debt is soul destroying and worrisome. When dealing with Step-change they don't judge you, they are empathetic to your situation and reassuring that your situation can improve. Thanks to step-change I started sleeping again and stopped being so depressed. They are helping me manage my debts and helped me budget.
