Loosing my PIP. was the last straw for me. I had managed my debt up til then and it was such a relief to have a calm voice at the other end of the phone, that I had someone standing with me. Suddenly there was a buffer zone and the continual flow of letters could be put aside. Three years further on my PIP has been reinstated and I’m still getting good advice with no pressure.
