I was in such a financial mess when, at my age, I should be settled. Stepchange help me through the mess and basically sorted everything out without me having to talk to my creditors. They helped draw up my budget and even though a felt embarrassed saying how much I owed, the person on the end of the telephone was so sympathetic and really made me feel at ease. I carried the weight off debt for years and after dealing with step change, I can breathe again, I can walk tall and upright.
