Retaking control

You've come to the end of your tether, swamped by red letters and final notices. So phone StepChange - one of the best half hours of your life. They sort out what you spend on what, what you owe, what you can afford to pay back after allowances are made for the amount you need to live on. Then they sort out the repayments (through them) and companies listen to them whereas they wouldn't listen to you, because they have standing. And the best bit (apart from the relief of finally doing something positive about things) is that they're a charity and won't charge you a penny. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2017

I found advice and help with zero judgment.

I was honestly at my wits end…..circumstances had thrown me between a rock and a hard place and I didn’t know what to do or where to turn. What can I say ,after making contact with step change and the keeping in touch and obeying the guide lines the organisation I believe his caring and works closely with you and you feel comfortable and confident they have your trun interest in mind and are very approachable to discuss and help in every way when organising a bugget which will be affordable.
