Saved my mental health and finances

I was starting to feel like I was drowning in debt and increasing interest rates and falling credit scores. I contacted Step Change and they were incredibly kind, respectful, knowledgable and helpful. They arranged a plan for me that is manageable and is helping to keep that sinking feeling at bay while I tackle my debts as best I can. Step Change are literally angels

I can’t put into words how amazing Step Change are and how they have helped me and my anxiety. I only wish I had done this sooner. I now feel more in control of my money and life and no longer are terrified looking at my bank account. Every person I have spoken to I literally want to hug and thank them for transforming my life. I am actually enjoying working out my finances which is something I never thought I would say. For years it has been on my to do list but I was just too frightened to do it and it was too overwhelming but with Step Change I really have got a new feeling of calm. Thank you so much. Saved me

Life change lesson

Took my anxiety away

Step change were there to help when I hit financial difficulty, they were sensitive when dealing with me and found me a plan that works for me. Relief

I was in debt and didn't have the income to keep on top of the payments. I couldn't stop worrying even trying to sleep so had an impact on my mental health.
