They saved my sanity

Stepchange took a lot of the worry off my shoulders after I became disabled and unable to service my debts. Although I still received correspondence from my creditors, Stepchange helped me with a Debt Management Plan and provided all the advice I needed to feel more in control of an unfortunate situation. Amazing

Couldn't be better!

I have been using stepchange after a severe change of circumstances left me unable tp pay regular bills and creditors were harassing me to such a point that i couldn't cope. After contacting this awesome charity for help, stepchange took control of my debts, contacted creditors and set up an affordable repayment plan with very little chaSing from creditors. Life savers

I was at a very low point in my life with debt and so was my dad .My dad was with a company that charged him to pay his debts off ,I don’t know how I found cccs as what they were called when I first set up a debt recovery with them but they really did help so much and also my dad !!!! I am blessed to have Stepchange on my side

Over the last 6 years I've paid off 95% of all my debts which I couldn't have done if the interest wasn't frozen with Stepchanges help. Life can throw you a curve ball and the unexpected can happen in a flash, catching even the most responsible people out. When that happens and debts become unmanageable Stepchange can slow the pace and reduce the stress. No IVAs or bankruptcies, just one default on your credit file which was removed after 6 years.
