A solution when I thought there wasn't one

Step change offed help when I thought I was in a situation that had no solution. They were extremely helpful, understanding, patient, none judging, and created a solution for my financial car crash I'd found myself in. Relief

This charity is so helpful. Debt is frowned upon and hard to escape for the majority of households. When you speak to them they’re just human beings wanting to help people in crisis. literally changed my life

I felt like I was literally drowning, money constantly on my mind and felt absolutely overwhelmed. went on to step change website entered all my information and within a couple of hours had a plan to pay back everything I owed within 5 years .
