StepChange has helped us get our life back! Customer service is always extremely helpful, non-judgmental and very knowledgable hence, able to resolve any query instantly literally from day 1 (on DMP for the past 2 years) We honestly don’t know where we would be now without StepChange! Yes we are still in debt and all our disposable income is spent on debt but with StepChange we are no longer alone, trying to tackle many creditors ourselves! We feel very grateful and will never be able to thank StepChange enough for all the hard work, care and commitment. We just wish we sought support sooner and weren’t afraid to make that first call. A real lifeline

At one of the lowest times in my life StepChange was my lifeline. They made me feel assured about my plan to get out of my situation and managed my creditors on my behalf.
