Thrown to the dogs, how is this support?

We made our payments every month, well before the end of the month but they still cancelled it and thrown us to the dogs. How is this support by anyone's standards. I act as power of attorney for my daughter’s debts. I have dealt with various advisors who have each given me excellent advice how to manage my daughters debts and put my mind at rest with there management plan explained fully.
