Straightforward, non-judgemental practical help

I was struggling with repayments on credit cards. Step Change dealt with my creditors and helped me to work out a budget which allowed me to pay off my debts whilst still having enough to live on. Amazing

They do the right thing

People worry because they're funded by the banks etc but they only ever act with customers' best interests at heart. My daughter was ill and accrued a lot of debt, they recommended bankruptcy and got her through the process. Can't fault them and they didn't make a penny out of her - they do what's right. Life Saving Organisation

We Found ourselves in an inevitable and difficult to control financial situation. The service and advice offered by StepChange meant that two young men could regain their foothold on their careers and their parents could resume making positive contributions towards them and others.
