Very Helpful and professional

Step Change are able to guide you through the complexities of dealing with your creditors in a helpful and professional manner. Dealing with creditors individually is a painful and humiliating experience and when the reason you get into bad debt is the result of rogue architects and building companies and no one else is interested in providing any assistance it definitely helps to contact Step Change and allow them to provide assistance. Can relax without Creditors knocking on your door

Was worried and stressed about debt my Ex Wife created but I was left to pay.. coukdnt cope as it was a large amount..Step Change helped me and took a lot of that stress away and help me pay back the debt with payments can afford..thank you Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

Amazing service and stress free

From the very beginning the service has been fantastic. When you first speak to a member of staff you are instantly put at ease and all you really worries disappear. They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. They made the whole experience a lot easier. I absolutely hate making phone calls however knowing that I’m guaranteed a friendly and non judgmental person on the end of the phone has taken away the stress for me completely. They saved my bacon

I was young when I got myself into debt due to an abusive relationship. I didn't realise what had happened and what it'd mean for my future until way too late to stop it. I feared for my house. I feared for my future but StepChange made everything better. They spoke to me at great length about how I could deal with my financial difficulties and it really made a difference. I've been on a plan with them now for about 4 years and they are always wonderful if I phone them to discuss something and they are incredibly understanding of changing circumstances. Cant recommend enough

The team at stepchange give the most incredible support & guidance. What they offer is more than just a service they take people who are in dire financial situations & help them to get back on their feet. So easy to deal with
