Saved my Sanity

My life line

Step change turned my life around, I have now paid back more than half of all my debts with their help and guidance. The relief of their help and support with dealing with my creditors and working out a payment plan I only wish I had addressed my debts with Step change sooner. Excellent service

After loosing my job I was so worried about my debts and needed help fast. I was able to enter my information online and then I contacted stepchange who explained my options well. While gathering the information COVID-19 happened which left me even more worried but even through the lockdown, they were available for contact and finally I got the help I needed. THEY ARE LIFE CHANGERS ..

I HAD FOOLISHLY GOT MYSELF INTO DEBT AND INTEREST ON THESE DEBTS WAS INCREASING MORE AND MORE EACH MONTH AS I WAS BARELY PAYING THE MINIMUM PAYMENTS AND ON PAPER I HAD MORE MONEY GOING OUT THAN I HAD COMING IN . I WAS AFRAID WHEN THE PHONE RANG OR LETTERS ARRIVED WITH DEMANDS IT GOT TO THE POINT THAT I WAS NOT SLEEPING AT NIGHT I COULD NOT EAT AND IT WAS ALL I THOUGHT ABOUT ALL DAY. I COULD NOT TALK TO ANYONE ABOUT IT AS I FELT ASHAMED .. SOMEONE ON TV WAS TALKING ABOUT STEP CHANGE SO I DECIDED TO CALL THEM . I SPOKE TO A YOUNG MAN WHO WAS SO HELPFUL AND PATIENT AND NON JUDGEMENTAL AND HELPED ME SET UP A PLAN THAT WAS AFFORDABLE FOR ME TO LIVE ON ... I CRIED AFTER MAKING THAT CALL BECAUSE IT FELT LIKE A HUGE WEIGHT HAD BEEN LIFTED OFF ME , THEY CHANGED MY LIFE COMPLETLY THAT DAY ... Reviewed on: 10th July 2020
