I got caught up in a scam

Phoned up in a panic after assessing the enormity of debt I had incurred. Was on with a lovely individual who was very patient and very understanding of my circumstances. Less stress and more reassurance

I have a DMP arranged through Stepchange. It was a relief to make a single payment towards all my debts. The downside is it feels like it will be a long time before these are paid off and I still get letters from creditors which put me in to panic mode.
