Helpful, understanding and knowledgeable

During a low point in my life step change helped me to put things into perspective and enables me to manage my debts. My health had stopped me from working and the stress and worry was impacting me too. Initially went On line and then spoke to an adviser who really understood my situation. After putting the DMP in place I was able to see a way forward. Since then I have done a couple of reviews and remain on track and able to better manage my debts and stress. Helped our Mental Health

Step Change helped us manage our debts which aren't huge debts, but still owing money is a worry to us, and we can now pay for the house costs we live in without worrying we will be homeless. I am with Money & Mental Health, Martin Lewis from television part of this, i have told them through research they do which I take part in regularly, how Step Change help us manage our debts for peace of mind, as I am a long term sufferer of poor mental health. Professional and sympathetic

StepChange helped us take step in right direction
