A great help when in need

My whole life kinda fell apart and with the breakdown of my relationship I found myself with mountains of credit card debt that my ex has run up in my name. They calmed me down and helped me take back control of my finances. They supported me through all the ups and downs I experienced, from cancer to a change of jobs and reduction of income. A Godsend

Don't hesitate just do it

For years I have been useless with money and always chasing my tail to pay bills. Since I have been with Step Change my life is so much easier. All phone calls and letters from companies I was struggling to pay, have stopped. No interest added to my debts. Finally by December 2021 I will be debt free, and as I can see the end of the tunnel getting closer, the relief is amazing, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have no problem with recommendation of the service they provide, please be aware that help is available and there is no shame in asking for help, its the first step to a worry free life.
